Free resources
The downloads and examples on this site are provided for educational and internal business use. You may adapt them for your own work, but you may not resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute them as standalone products or claim them as your original work.
Paid services
Paid services shown on this site are currently contracted and paid only through Upwork. The accepted Upwork offer, funded milestones, messages, and platform terms define the binding scope, price, schedule, revisions, acceptance, and payment process. If these site terms conflict with an active marketplace contract, that contract controls the engagement.
Source rights and acceptable work
Clients must own or have permission to use every source item they provide. We do not knowingly create infringing copies, PLR or MRR resale packs, fake testimonials, manufactured performance evidence, deceptive traffic, or work intended to evade a platform's rules. Regulated legal, medical, tax, investment, or credit advice requires qualified review and is outside the standard service scope.
No outcome guarantee
Examples and demonstrations explain a process; they are not customer results unless expressly identified as such. We commit only to the deliverables in an accepted contract, not to revenue, traffic, rankings, approvals, conversions, or any other commercial outcome.
Availability and responsibility
Free resources are provided as available and may be updated or withdrawn. To the extent allowed by law, Product Clarity Studio is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on a free resource or from a third-party platform. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
